ORDER 

As soon as your order is placed, the amount is debited from your account.

 

You have the possibility to cancel your order if it has not yet been sent. In this case, please contact us and we will refund you directly to your account.

 

Once the order has been registered, you will receive a confirmation email indicating your order number.

 

DELIVERY

 

You will receive an email as soon as your order is placed for delivery.

 

Delivery charges are applied to your order at the time of payment. These costs are free for a delivery in France, and amount to 22 € for Europe, and 35 € outside Europe.

 

The prices of the products are expressed in Euros, including all taxes and excluding customs duties.

 

Laurence Bras cannot be held responsible for any action or delays due to customs over which we have no control.

 

RETURN & REFUND

 

Laurence Bras has a 15 day return policy: you have 15 days from the delivery date of your order to return it to our return centre for a refund.

 

You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Returned products must be sent in their original condition (accessories, label etc.). If you do not keep the original packaging, you can return your order in another packaging.

 

If a model has a quality defect upon receipt, we invite you to contact us via our contact form. We will offer you a tailor-made solution.

 

EXCHANGE

 

In order to proceed with an exchange, you must first proceed with a return and refund. We invite you to return your order for a refund and place a new order online.

 

PAYMENT

 

Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.

 

We secure 100% of the transactions carried out on our site. The payment is secured by the partners in charge of managing the financial transactions.

 

The order will thus be recorded and validated as soon as the payment is accepted by the banking service.

 

MY ACCOUNT

 

Opening an account is easy. Simply click on the My Account icon at the top right of the page on a computer or when placing an order. You will be prompted to register your information with your email address and password.

 

An account offers you a safe, easy and fast way to order. It is also used to track your order status, view your order history and save or change your personal information.
